This notification describes the MoHFW in the Government of India is administering the family planning Schemes under the NHM,for promotion of family planning among desirous beneficiaries. The conditional cash assistance is offered to the beneficiaries under the following schemes: Enhanced Compensation Scheme for Sterilisation; Post-Partum IUCD (PPIUCD) Incentive Scheme; Post-Abortion IUCD (PAIUCD) Incentive Scheme; Ensuring Spacing of Births (ESB) Scheme; Family Planning Indemnity Scheme (FPIS). The use of Aadhaar as an identity document for delivery of services or benefits, and enables beneficiaries to get their entitlements directly in a convenient manner.
