The family planning division,MOHFW,Govt of India has recently circulated guidelines to all the states for a scheme of performance linked payment plan for PPIUCD insertion to service providers and ASHAs.The following system of empanelement has therefore been conceived which will facilitate the smooth the payment of incentives.
